TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Listed commission prices are for personal use only. Commercial-use prices will be 2-3x more depending on what the art will be used for. (e.g Banner art, vtuber..)

  • Monetization (making custom merch/prints to sell/promotion in any form) of my drawings is strictly prohibited for personal-use commissions.

  • I am allowed to post all commissions on my social media unless stated otherwise.

  • I am allowed to refuse any commission without giving a reason (mainly if I feel I can't do the character justice)

  • Full refunds (excluding any paypal refund fees) are allowed if I have not started the commission.

  • Commissions that fall under this category require full payment upfront: Bust, Bust Sketch, Chibi, Mini Chibi

  • ** Half-body/Full-body/Customs** illustrations require either full-payment upfront (100%) or 50% payment upfront + the other 50% once the illustration is completed.

  • A sketch of your character will be sent to you before I start colouring the commission. It can only be revised twice, after that no major changes will be made.

  • Payment will be done through PayPal only.

  • Timeframe: I will take up to a few days to a month to complete the commission.

  • Reposting is welcomed, however please credit my social media. (Instagram: @kyuroi)

  • A full unwatermarked digital PNG will be sent.

  • You are not allowed to edit my drawing (e.g paintovers/colouring) nor remove the artist signature.

  • I retain rights to my own art for display purposes (portfolio, commission samples, etc ) Only commercial commissions will be excluded from being used.
